Return Policy

We offer a 30 days return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Click the menu and go to returns menu. Then log in customer profile and follow the self service return process. Returns must be sent to the following address: 5850 Waterloo Road suite 140, Columbia Maryland 21045.
 

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at philemanshoes@gmail.com so we can promptly address and resolve the issue.


European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
