Welcome to Phileman Shoes. Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not use our services.
1. General Conditions
Phileman Shoes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission by us.
2. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must first be authorized by contacting us at philemanshoes@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Inspection and Approval for Returns or Exchanges
Upon receiving a returned item, Phileman Shoes will inspect the product to verify its condition.
We reserve the right to deny a refurbishment, exchange, or refund if, upon inspection, the returned item:

Shows signs of wear, use, or damage.

Has compromised appearance, functionality, or ability to be resold as new.

Is missing original packaging or any accessories included at the time of sale.
In cases where a return is denied, the customer will be notified, and the item may be shipped back at the customer's expense.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at philemanshoes@gmail.com.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.

6. Damages and Issues
